The main giants of the IPMI Market such as, Allianz, AXA, Cigna, Generali Global Health and their partners from IT field such as Oracle, Dakadoo, Cegedim, discussed how the industry has changed and now the companies are expected to become more customer-centric, focus on preventative health, include the Artificial Intelligence in their operations and digitize them, optimize costs, innovate and make buying health insurance easy and flexible.
Our Business Development Director, Natalya Butakova, was delighted to deliver a presentation on Artificial Intelligence and how AP Companies effectively uses it in order to control costs for the clients and optimize the processes in the company.
